The 7th Annual Kauai Sings! Christmas From the Heart, held at Kilohana Pavilion on Dec 21, 2013, hit record fundraising levels with over 400 in attendance and almost $25,000 raised. A major contributor was Enterprise Rent-A-Car who gave $1,500 to support the good work of Mālama Pono Health Services. Presented during the appeal portion of the night, Mark Stein, Group Rental Manager for Kaua’i, presented the check to Mālama Pono Health Services. In graceful style, additional pledges were garnered, including one for $5,000 from the agency’s Board of Directors and one attending patron, and an additional $1,500 from another. The total raised was more than a 300% increase over 2012.

“Enterprise Holdings has been a supporter of Mālama Pono for a few years now,” said Mr. Stein. “The company makes gifts to strong organizations making big differences in the communities where we do business. We are happy to support Mālama Pono and their efforts to the fight HIV, Viral Hepatitis and other STDs here.”GroupSinging
